New Federal Legislation

There is new federal legislation that any coach (paid or unpaid) will be a mandatory reporter. The requirements for training have not been determined yet. For more info you can look at the CJSA’S website http://www.cjsa.org/resource_center/mandatory_reporting_of_child_abuse/

New State Legislation

There is new State Legislation coming that says municipalities that provide facilities must

require coaches to take CDC Concussion training.
