MSC requires all Travel coaches to receive the appropriate license as part of their coaching curriculum within 6 months of accepting a coach position. MSC's policy is to reimburse coaches the cost of the certification. For coaches requesting to go beyond the E license, must get approval first.
 Coaches are also required to be CPR/First Aid certified within 6 months. First Aid and CPR training will be updated every two years
