MSC Travel Teams
Travel Teams play in competitive leagues within their age groups. Travel is designed to provide advanced players, or those wishing to compete in a higher level of play, the opportunity to do so. Though the competition and commitment is greater than recreational play, MSC's philosophy is to ensure that each player enjoys the game while developing as a player.
Games are played against teams in surrounding towns with some teams competing in occassional area tournaments. Practices are normally twice a week with games on the weekends. There are fall and spring seasons. [note: these are variable dependant on the team]
Interested players are eligible to play only in their appropriate age bracket (except U-8 players which can play up one year in the U-9) and reside in Manchester. Out of town exceptions can be made for players wishing to play in Manchester's Travel Program. A brief fact sheet.
